The agreement was signed between Dassault Aviation, Thales DMS France and Safran Aircraft Engines and comes after a relevant defence ministry bill on armaments was ratified last week.

At the same time, the head of the specific general directorate of defence, retired Air Force Lieutenant General Theodoros Lagios, headed to Israel this week for an official visit.

Lagios met with his counterpart of the Israeli Defence Ministry’s International Cooperation Directorate, retired Brigadier General Yair Kula and toured the Israel Aerospace Industries facilities.
