Covering operations between 2026 and 2028, the contract is valued at approximately SEK 2.5 billion.<br><br>The order enables Saab to continue advancing the\u00a0<strong>Gripen system,\u00a0<\/strong>including the\u00a0<strong>operation and support of test aircraft\u00a0<\/strong>and the use of advanced development tools such as\u00a0<strong>rigs and simulators.<\/strong>\u00a0These assets are critical for verification, validation, and the integration of new capabilities into the Gripen platform.<br><br><em>\u201cTo enable continued development, advanced tools that are easy to operate, efficient to maintain and fast to configure are required.
